[BL2] Moving Past Childhood Trauma To Create The Fairytale

Listen on Itunes

In this episode, we sat down with Lacey O., of Lacey O Photography to speak about how she overcame childhood trauma in order to create a life she deserved. There are so many times along our path, that we experience something that can cripple us, that can make us feel completely stuck. For some people, shifting out of neutral back into high gear may take longer than others.  This segment was designed to help YOU – the one that feels a little stuck and unable to shift into the forward gear.  Lacey O. is a firecracker and her advice is pretty straight forward.  She offers no magic pill or remedy, but real tactics to help you pick yourself up from your bootstraps to create the life you truly deserve.

Love your series. Great one on such a touchy topic too! Its surprising how often people take too long to move on from childhood issues. The trick is getting help and support at the right time. The fairy tale is never as far as it seems!

I really like the idea of this, especially how you explain straight talking and not a magic cure. I like it when people keep it real and honest, it gives others genuine hope

I think fear is what hinder people from moving forward and growth. They feel like they’re stuck without options because it is the fear that blinds them.

I figured I am not much of a podcast person, but what a great interview! It’s so interesting to hear about her story.

This is so inspiring! We can’t always control what happens to us. It very important to stay strong and fight for what we deserve.

I absolutely love this! Last week my dad was on the TV discusing the same issue.. It’s really hard to forgive yourself when you’ve been through difficult situations.. But what we really need to understand is that we need to forgive ourselves above all and remove the guilt.. There are so many inspiring situations arround us from people that have been through hell and risen from their ashes.. It can be difficult but definately NOT impossible! Loved this…
