This episode is all about living a life on purpose.  So many of us spend years and even our entire lives trying to be successful, yet miss the mark when it comes to living a life of PURPOSE! This becomes especially important to those that feel as if it is TOO LATE to live a purpose-driven life because of our past decisions, choices or mistakes.  Certified Positive Psychology Practitioner and Coach, Resilience Trainer, Brenda Rivas, is here to say it is NEVER to late to live a soul actualized life!

Brenda knows how hard it is to break the shackles of dysfunction.  As a teen mom and a wife to a man who physically abused and mentally tormented her, Brenda shares how she had to commit to freeing herself from the weight of such trauma.  She knows what it’s like to wake up each day feeling as if your inner self-does not match your outer self.   She is fully aware to the burden of self-sabotage , emotionalism and very much out of alignment with your true self.

We are all students in this games of Life and Brenda has learned some things along the way.  She is less attached to the should’s and have to’s that once held her back.  She consistently course corrects in order to flow in the direction of her soul happy self.  Brenda is here to share some of her gems on the Becoming Love Project this time around.

This episode talks about all of that and so much more!

Wow. A lot of introspection there. Most of us are stuck somewhere between a purpose-driven or soul actualized lives. We kind of fluctuate between either. The difficult part is choosing which suits us better!

Yes, it is very important to live life with purpose, yet not a lot of us do it. I hope I am in the right path to live such a life!

I will be honest, this is the first time I have came across your blog and I just loved the article. The video and the podcast are quite amazing to inspire people, who are usually stuck with their past experiences of life and not ready to move forward. This interview should definitely inspire them to take decisions in their hand and mold the present situations in life, rather than sticking to their past. Glad I came across your blog 🙂 would love to share with other people as well.

I am working on this. Sometimes we nee to look at what success is to us!

  18. David Elliott November 6, 2017 at 4:34 pm

You really do need to live with purpose and intention or life becomes less meaningful. When it’s only a random chance of events you feel like you are out of control. But to live with a purpose allows you direction and a sense of accomplishment.
